Our user research focused on understanding diverse community types—business networks, educational institutions, local interest groups, etc. We aimed to uncover unique user requirements, challenges, and expectations, informing our design decisions for a platform that caters to varied needs. Our approach included interviews, surveys, and analytics to grasp user behaviors and preferences in community management. We ensured a diverse participant selection across demographics, roles, and community types

User research was pivotal as we sought insights from diverse user backgrounds, each expected to engage with the application uniquely. From this broad spectrum, a select set of interviews offered crucial insights, covering diverse perspectives and uncovering key challenges and expectations, shaping our understanding of their varied interactions with the application.

COMMUNITIES LIST

Shows a list of all created communities along with their respective admins. Each community receives an immediate web address for easy sharing which can be edited as well. Users have the option to create new communities.
